There's nothing quite like a politician scorned.
When voters in Ohio's 1st Congressional District threw Democrat Steve Driehaus out of office after only one term, he did not bow out gracefully. No, he decided to get even. So he did what anyone does in today's culture: he sued somebody.
Charging that its activities contributed to his defeat and thus to his "loss of livelihood," Driehaus is suing the Susan B. Anthony List, a group that supports pro-life candidates for Congress and which has been one of the leading and most effective organizations involved in the fight to cut off federal funding to Planned Parenthood.

The margin of victory will be much linke the N.O. Saints victory last weekend - Barry and his other D’s are not just going to lose, they’re going to be defeated at an embarassing level.
And, to your point, Barry will not even once consider it a matter of his failed policies, bad decisions, etc. He will look for the villian in the dark hat and cape (R’s, TEA Party, etc.) and sulk away thinking America did him wrong.... I’d say don’t go away mad, just go away. In fact, I’m throwing a CONSERVATIVE victory party at house and he’s welcome to stop in for beer(keg) summit!
That's why the House should start impeachment proceedings on Judge Black. By conniving with the litigant(s) to foist a meritless suit on the court system he has engaged in barratry from the bench.
Sure, this guy has a right to find a lawyer and file a suit with whatever twist the lawyer can put on this 'wrong'
What I don't get is....how is this even MAKING it to court? Is there some precedent on suing someone for putting out information on a politicans views? This should have been laughed off the courtroom floor.

Someone encouraged this idiot to file this suit. Here we are now with a politican losing and suing a political action for his election loss.
This is only the start, is this the way what is left of our Republic is going to go?

Exactly. The SBA List is just getting into their fund-raising cycle for the coming critical elections. And with many of their donors hurting financially, they'll have a tough time raising as much money as they have in the past. I know I've donated to them for a number of years, but I can't afford to do much now, and I'm sure many others are in the same boat.
I hope they can get their expenses paid by this jerk if he loses. But in the meantime, this is a distraction and a fund-drainer.
