Vittorio Vincent Valdez, a 27-year-old Half Moon Bay man, appeared in court last week for allegedly beating his grandmother for driving too slowly.
According to the San Mateo County district attorneys office, Valdezs 82-year-old, 105-pound grandmother was driving him from Palo Alto to Half Moon Bay in her BMW on Sept. 24. Turns out he needed the ride because his license had been suspended due to a citation for driving under the influence.
Shortly after reaching Half Moon Bay, Valdez allegedly started pounding on the dashboard and pushing his grandmothers right leg down to get her to speed up.
When his grandmother pulled into a gas station, Valdez allegedly .. threw her into the passenger seat. When she tried to leave, he punched her in the face several times, the district attorney said.
...
Sheriffs Deputy Michael Marty spotted the car .. he saw Valdez grab his grandmothers hair and slam her head against the passenger-side window.

Vinnie definitely has some hostility issues ..
I seriesly doubt he'll be behind the wheel of much of anything for awhile.

little piece of scum needs taking out the back and introduced to the end of a baseball bat. If someone can do that to their elderly grandmother, they are capable of anything.

My grandma, who raised me, got stopped by the DPS one time. When he asked where she was going in such a hurry, she told him to shut up and write her ticket because it wasn’t any of his business.
I would LOVE the opportunity to beat his ass.

I hope they don’t need granny’s testimony to convict him. He needs to spend a long, long time in prison. For all our sakes.

This grandma has never had this problem, but if I did, I’m always armed when I’m driving.

I am a bad grandma...was introduced to my granddaughters latest boy friend and took an instant dislike to him. Conceited guy as a first impression. I just told him we all love my granddaughter and reminded him we all own guns and hunt with bow and arrow. He treats me with great respect, but he better treat my granddaughter with great respect...at my age, I wouldn't mind going to jail if he hurts her.. Both in their 20's but she laughed and said "Thanks grandma"

He should have waited for the I-Phone app that would cause granny to either speed up or get out of the fast lane.
I'm waiting for that myself.
