"Milt Romney's plummeting career-ending loss to Mr. Cain
in the Newsmax poll (71% to 7% for Myth)
,
and Milt’s shocking loss to Herman Cain in the PPP poll ,
and his incredible 3 to 1 devastating loss to Herman Cain in Florida
and his third place hopeless loss to Mr. Cain in the Presidential Straw Poll
of National Federation of Republican Women, and
Romney's humiliating loss to Mr. Cain
in the October Newsmax/InsiderAdvantage poll,
and Romney's exsanguinating loss to Cain in the
Midwest Leadership Conference Straw Poll will not matter to FOX News.
No way. By the imp of McGinniss and Ailes,
you can bet your life that FOX News will continue to pimp
... Milt Romney as THE "leading candidate" … even when you know it is obviously not true.

I am shocked! Totally shocked!! /sarc

With the shortened time span of critical primaries in Iowa, NH, SC, FL, NV etc, it is becoming urgent to support Cain with campaign donations. If the money boys win the initial primaries, I am afraid it will be too late to turn the ship.

If Herman could handle the despicable and insane Larry O'Donnell with aplomb, he can certainly handle anything his fellow GOP candidates can throw at him.

I think the shortened time span will backfire on the "money boys". Cain is hot right now and getting media saturation for practically free - if he racks up a couple of big primary wins early on, he's going to suck the wind right out of the establishment sails. You would think that additional time would work in favor of the establishment as the excitement over Cain is bound to peak soon and they (the establishment) have the funds to run a perpetual campaign (as Mitt Romney has been showing us for the past few years).

I think a lot of pundits are overestimating the importance of having a huge amount of campaign money and having a large ground organization in place. We are truly in a new era as the majority of American now get their news on the Internet and nobody answers their phones at home anymore, making those phone blitzes of yesteryear mostly a waste of money and resources. Ditto for going door-to-door like they used to do.

Wow, another online poll with self-selected respondents. When your favorite candidate ends up winning, all critical thinking skills go out the window.

Cain now knows what kind of criticism is going to be leveled at his 9-9-9 plan. I'm sure crushing responses are ready.

My thinking parallels yours. However, Did you hear Britt Hume talking yesterday (O’Reilly-Hannity) how he thinks Cain will peter out from lack of money?

In any case, having some additional campaign cash can’t hurt and only help the Cain train.

Santorum is the one to watch, he is going to be the most anti-Herman and absolutely foaming at the mouth in desperation. I almost cannot stand to watch it. Herman Cain is really going to put this man in his position, no matter how rude and interrupting and in need of Prozac he will come off needing tonight. Poor Rick. Truly the last hurrah. And to lose to a complete Washington Outsider with little beltway experience must be particularly hard to take. Seriously, the pit bull approach is just not going to cut it.
