GREENWICH VILLAGE — A McDonald's cashier is caught on a horrific cell phone video using a metal rod to brutally beat two female customers who'd jumped the counter of his West 3rd Street restaurant early Thursday during a fight over their order.

The cashier, who police said had previously served a decade for manslaughter, beat the women so badly that one suffered a fractured skull and broken arm in the shocking attack, which was captured on a customer's cell phone and then posted to YouTube.

Police have charged the cashier, identified as Rayon McIntosh, 31, with felony assault, along with criminal possession of a weapon. Both women were charged with menacing, trespass and disorderly conduct. McIntosh is being held at the Manhattan Detention Complex on $40,000 bail, according to the Department of Correction website.

Hmmm. They jumped the counter, and he whacked them.

Not seeing the problem here.

Next!

No kidding. I guess it’s too bad someone got a fractured skull, but who jumps over the McDonald’s counter to attack the cashier, anyway?

She slapped first...I’d hit back too...or thrown scalding ketchup in her face.

I would say he would even be justified grabbing their scruffy little neck and holding their head in the fry vat if they jumped over the counter to try to attack the cashier

The cashier defended himself. Period. And the stupid b*tches attacked a prison-hardened killer. What if they’d have fractured HIS skull? Would the New Yawk liberals be happier? Probably.

McIntosh served more than a decade in prison after being convicted of shooting and killing Oshan Litchmore, 17, a classmate at Bronx's Evander Childs High School in 2000, when he was only 19 years old. The two teens were outside Macy’s at the Galleria Mall in Westchester when they got into an argument. The fatal bullet passed through Litchmore and hit an 8-year-old passerby in the leg.

McIntosh, who presently lives in the Bronx, was sentenced to 10 to 12 1/2 years in prison. He was paroled last March and has been working in the Village McDonald's since then, according to police sources.

Who knew McDonald's hired such high caliber employees.

Why would you have scalding ketchup?

Just throw a sizzling hot burger in her face. Or just use whatever oil they cook the french fries in.

In my 50 years of eating at burger joints good and bad....I have never seen behavior like this. Bad service, poor food, dirty restrooms...but never fights. I must be going to the wrong ones.

But he went too far.

Let me guess: the "victims" will hire some ambulance-chaser, and sue McDonalds for a bazzillion dollars, but settle for $500K?

How about the cashier be sued ONLY, acting independent of McDonald's policy?

Oh....they'll get an all-black jury, and they will fix "that Big Corporation with all the money" by awarding a huge settlement to the perps....

Same ol', same ol'.

Lesson 1:

Don't go jumping the counter at a fast food joint, because the people behind the counter aren't likely to be any more civil than you (and they have more weapons at hand).

I'm reminded of the case a few years back of the robber who jumped a McD’s counter with a weapon. One of the workers dipped a quart of frier oil up and threw it on him. The other workers then joined in and beat the lemon-aide out of him.
