Any question about where Obama’s religious/political allegiances are? I would also be interested to know what the ethnic breakdown of this group of 100 is. How many Muslim soldiers are in this group? Obama, given the chance, will be committing the same sorts of crime domestically against the citizenry.
I’m being REAL nice when I say we have no business there.
Briefly: LRA are Pagan kooks, and screwballs under the guise of Christian religious purpose, and the Ugandans are supporting Leftist insurrection in the region. There are NO GOOD GUYS, but above all there isn’t an iota of interest to the U.S.. I suspect this is some more UN ‘stuff’ Obama is getting us into.
We have no business involving ourselves in this any way, shape of form.
Africa has to either stand or fall on its own. ALL sides in Africa are ‘questionable’. We look at mugabe and allow him to pillage, plunder, starve, and murder his people. What Africa has always had are overseers. They NEED to not be overlorded and let them evolve into the 21st century.
Unfortunately for them AND us, other countries will not allow this to happen. Africa is wealthy beyomd belief. They aren’t allowed to KEEP any of it. The continent has been raped. But there is no moral middle when you choose one evil over another. And in this case, that is what has happened.
Boehner and McConnell both should be front and center in opposition to this move. This guy, Obama, is not acting in the interests of this country.
The GOP cannot be depended on to save this country.
And any Republican patriot that comes along to try are strangled in their political cribs by the party.
However, I do care about WHY we are becoming involved in a religious war in Uganda. Why?
According to Michelle Malkin, Sen. James Inhofe has been "spearheading" involvement by our military.
It figures.

After all, Obama told us in 2008 that he can talk us out of all these conflicts with greater “dialog and negotiations.” lol
The mission and environment sounds suspiciously like a mercenary deployment. Maybe Zero’s fundraising is getting more creative here?
I read the same thing at Wikipedia. It also said:

The leader of this group thinks he is a “prophet” annointed by the Holy Spirit, and has come up with his own religion, which is a mixture of Pentecostalism, native pagan religions, and strange things he has dreamed up himself. It is most definitely NOT Christian, and while the objects of its attacks are frequently Muslims, that’s because it started out attacking the (mostly Muslim) government, and because there are tribal overtones to everything in Africa, has gone on attacking the various tribes involved in the government. However, I think it has also raided Christian missions, killed Christians (both Protestant and Catholic) and kidnaps children for use as fighters or for sexual purposes. The Muslims do this too, so it’s nothing rare in that part of the world, but it certainly disqualified the LRA as Christian!
However, I would say that Obama got an appeal from the Muslims in the government there and he’s coming through for his homies by sending what he clearly regards as his personal squad of enforcers, the US military, without any prior consultation with anyone or any prior appeal to US public opinion or support. This is very dangerous.
I remember reading that just after the inauguration, someone told him he was now the Commander in Chief, and he asked if this meant that the military had to do whatever they told him to do, and then said “pretty cool” when he found out. He’s a disgusting sack of stuff that should not be in charge of our forces.
Anybody who believes he can take unilateral action to execute people by predator drones without due process, or to commit a country to war without Congressional authorization is no better than a self-procalimed messenger from God who does such things himself.
My guess is that they use this as an excuse to bring 50k African refugees here.
