A lawsuit would be the last thing that school would need to worry about that had been my daughter. I’d have a line of heads on silver platters at my feet over that.
On the other hand, this is another reason that home schooling is a very viable and desirable option.

Mount Hope High School was forced to close this year due to consistent underperformance; its students now attend Oak Hill High School. the place apparently isn't exactly an emblem of anything but incompetence and failure in the first place.

False accusations cost an associate his family, his job, and career. The accuser recanted just prior to the trial, but the damage was done. In these cases you are guilty until proven innocent.
All it takes is a lie from the other party.
