House Republicans are going to call for a special counsel to determine whether Attorney General Holder perjured himself during his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on Operation Fast and Furious That's a pretty limited mandate.
Who's investigating the whole enchilada?

Yes! Contact Mr. Issa and thank him for the work he’s done so far, and offer encouragement to stay the course.

Wouldn't Holder have to approve of this operation from the beginning, since he is the attorney general that has authority over the government legal matters? And since he knows about the operation, wouldn't he have to get obamma’s approval, since he reports to obamma? So obamma would have known about it from the beginning?
Are they going to say this was a rogue matter, outside of their oversight?

Wow. The gigs up.
Of course, you won't hear a WORD of this in the press, but guess what?
It doesn't matter. Holder's still going to be removed.

and the fat lady has indeed taken the stage....she has opened her mouth, and the singing is about to begin....holder, napolitano, clinton, and finally fubo himself...........the commies are going away...now, if we can just get the house judiciary committee to start impeaching judges, we could wipe out almost the entire commie nest

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, is sending a letter to President Obama arguing that Holder cannot investigate himself and will request a probe by a special counsel
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And what happens should Ovomit deny this request for special council ?
Can the House Judiciary Committee go ahead anyway even tho pukeface denies it ?
saying he didn't understand the question rather than he didn't know of the program is not a successful defense to perjury. Exactly right. If Holder was confused, he could have asked for clarification-rephrasing. Holder, of all people, should know better than to definitively answer a question he did not understand.
“Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, is sending a letter to President Obama arguing that Holder cannot investigate himself and will request a probe by a special counsel.”
Lamar Smith must still think Obama an ethical and principled human being.
Obama will look at the letter then pass it to
the rest of his politburo for the days laugh. It’s going to
take a party with a spine. Republicans just don’t have one
right now. Baynerd is proof of that.
Isn’t this just about where we could start counting down the beginning of the end for Richard Nixon and Watergate?
The parallels are astonishing. Except that in the instance of Watergate, nobody died as a direct result of the operation gone wrong.
