Oath, shmoath. He said he wasn't sure of the date, and "probably" a few weeks prior. And anyway, if Obama can sit in church and not hear anything for seventeen years, why can't Holder sleep through one little briefing?

Holder should have been forced out after he dropped charges against the black racists.
Since then the man and his dept has gone on a wild spree suing states , districts which enforce the law, telling PD’s that they need to hire the blacks who failed on the entrance test and then putting racist lawyers into the dept

He was under oath no? You are put in jail for lying to the FBI, even if you have committed no other crime. So it seems it should be the same if you lie during a congressional hearing.
Does any one know?
