If the SCOTUS rules for it: yet more evidence of a tyrannical judiciary forcing the public to accept legislation it was vehemently against but Obama crammed it down our throats anyway.
If they rule against it: a major failure for Obama and the key legislation of his entire presidency.
Well, don't forget, he was leading from behind throughout the whole thing. Pelosi and her minions were doing all the heavy lifting.
He'll try to blame Congress for getting the legislation wrong by leaving out the severability clause. Wouldn't put it past him.
