U.S. President Barack Obama will meet with Honduran President Porfirio Lobo next month at the White House to discuss a broad range of bilateral and regional economic and security issues, according to a press release.

The Oval Office Meeting on October 5 will come only a few weeks after Lobo’s address at the United Nations, where he highlighted his country’s commitment to restoring human rights in the aftermath of the June 2009 coup that ousted then-President Manuel Zelaya.

“The President also welcomes the opportunity to underscore the strong bonds of friendship between the American and Honduran people, as well as President Lobo’s efforts to restore democratic and constitutional order in Honduras and the country’s return to the Organization of American States earlier this year,” The White House press release said.

Hilly, our Secretary of Statements is once again telling another country to apply for financial aid from Big Brother Barack. So on the deepening of THE VALLEY OF DEBT goes.

Zelaya wanted to be another Hugo Chavez but was thwarted—the Obama administration was very hostile to guy who saved Honduras from a left-wing dictatorship in 2009. I don’t remember what Lobo’s political stance is but if Obama is friendly to him he’s probably a leftist.

It’s interesting to note that there is a sizable Palestinian community in Honduras.

Coup? What coup? Honduras’ constitutional institutions came together to prevent the president’s attempt at a phony and illegal election. Big help 0 was (dripping/s).

No, Zelaya was legally removed.

He has been nothing but trouble since they let him back in the country.

It appears Obozo has purchased Mr. Lobo.

On the other hand, Mr. Micheletti (the one with the balls) stood up to Obozo and I cheered.

“There never was a Palestinian people or a nation called Palestine. The people called that were primarily from Jordan.

I am not sure how many were living there in Honduras, but suspect it is few.

I have read that in Honduras, an estimated 2200 Palestinians have entered the country and remained since the first arrivals appeared in the 1880s. Of course they have had offspring and intermarried too.

Palestine? Just a fraud cooked up by Arafat and about to possibly be legitimized in the near future.

The Philistines DID exist, but they are not the same people by any stretch of the imagination. This is just another strategic muslim fraud.
