SIALKOT: A woman who was abducted and gang raped for the second time by four armed accused two months ago is now pregnant. According to police officials, the accused had abducted the victim as punishment for her getting an annulment through a local court in Gopipur-Satrah, Daska. The victim has now complained that the men who raped her have still not been arrested and she has been receiving death threats.
According to police officials, Gopipur resident Tooba Shams had been kidnapped at gunpoint eleven months ago by four landlords and raped. “The men got her to sign blank papers and later tried to seize her property. The papers included a marriage contract and property transfer documents but she had the ‘marriage’ annulled,” said district police officer (DPO) Bilal Sadiq Kamiyana...

Was there an imam who ruled that a wife can never be raped by her own husband, since he can do whatever he wants with her? If so, then as long as a guy can threaten/force a woman to sign a marriage contract, he can literally do no wrong in the eyes of the law.
As I understand it, Muslim men “marry” their prostitutes first and before the semen is even dry they divorce them. That way it can never be said that they committed either fornication or adultery; they just had a very short “marriage”.
Makes me wonder what the Muslim definitions for “marriage”, “adultery”, “rape”, and “prostitution” are. Sounds like the only consistency in all of it is that the men can do whatever they darn well please, and the women are worth less than cattle.
Even by their own (non) standards, though, if she was forced to sign a paper that “married” her to one of those men, the other 3 men were guilty of adultery with the first man’s wife. And the second time they gang-raped her - after her “annulment” - all four of the men were guilty of rape.
One of the comments at the news site asked if she had 4 witnesses. Never mind that she had medical proof. With Muslims it’s apparently not even a case when it’s he said/she said, but only when it’s he said/she said/she said/she said/she said.
She’s better off not saying a word or she’ll be the next on the stoning list.
Women there better (under the radar of course),
learn martial arts and travel in groups.
