I would love to hear the solution to this problem assuming you understand the power the state government has to deal with illegal immigration.

Duncan Hunter had part of the solution but good old Texas' Kay Bailey H. voted NOT to fund it!

Compare the tiny border Cali has with the 1200 mile border Texas has. Then compare the number of illegals in each state. I would be interested to know what that comes out to per mile.

There is no doubt some fencing works in some areas and especially in urban areas. It's just this 2000 mile fence idea is being thrown around by people who haven't thought it out all the way and are letting their emotions get the best of them.
