Elite team of 5 assigned to seek truth on Obama
WND ^ | SEPTEMBER 19, 2011 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 09/18/2011 9:45:14 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Arizona's Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND he has assigned a five-member "Cold Case Posse" to investigate the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate.

The decision, he says, is simply a matter of doing his duty.

"This investigation does not involve politics," Arpaio told WND. "I listen to all the residents of Maricopa County who come to my office with complaints, regardless what their politics are.

"My door is open to everyone, and I don't kick them out. If a complaint is legitimate, I don't dump it into the wastebasket," he continued. "When I get allegations brought to me by the citizens of Maricopa County, I look into the allegations, just like I am doing here."

Arpaio explained to WND that there are over 3,000 people who participate in his office's volunteer posse program.

The "Cold Case Posse," however, has been described as a "posse within the posse," consisting of volunteers with professional experience in conducting investigations, including individuals chosen because of their professional backgrounds in law enforcement, as well as lawyers who have participated in criminal or civil cases and individuals with specialized skills in fields ranging from accounting to conducting criminal forensic examinations.

In the past few months, the Cold Case Posse has been inactive, largely because of budgetary limitations within the Maricopa County Sheriff's office.

But in the past few days, Arpaio has assigned a 5-person group serving under the auspices of the Cold Case Posse to undertake the Obama birth certificate investigation.

Be careful about giving this “posse” too much legitimacy. No reason they won’t be bought or corrupted by Soros like all the other judges and government officials. It may be a setup to legitimize the usurper for 2012.

Thanks for the ping, bp. What is so amazing about all these concern trolls, etc., is the degree to which they advance the Soros/moonbat agenda. I did not realize this fact until I took an in-depth and harrowing journey, a couple of mos ago, through the bowels of Obot-moonbat central. I.e.: I spent quality time reading posts on the three or four most left-leaning/pro-Obama, just coincidentally anti-birther [heavy, heavy sarcasm] sites on the Web. It was an eye-opening, skin-crawling experience.

Long story short, everything the anti-birthers do on this site is discussed over there, and chortled about as a great strategy. Yet somehow our very own anti-birthers—and/or concern trolls [also a strategy the Obots discussed amongst themselves]—are unconcerned that they are replicating the moonbattiest, most rabidly pro-Obama posters on the Net, and advancing Soros’ ball down the field. If it were me, and I was working hand-in-glove with Obama’s blindest and most passionate supporters, I’d pause and ask how that came about. Others, it seems not to bother one iota.

Go figure.

Fantasywriter,

I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that maybe, just maybe our own anti-birthers are in ACTUALITY pro-Obama posters or even have severe case of natural-born-ciziten-itis.

***Natural-born-ciziten-itis - a situation wherein one’s offspring are not ever going to be eligible to be President of the United States of America.

They might even...no wait that can’t possibly be.

You’re out on a limb the size of a large sequoia. One of the Obots on the rabidly moonbat/leftist/pro-obot sites bragged about his FR status, and how he gets on these threads and makes us look stupid. He reports back to his comrades and regales them with tales—and direct quotes—as to how insane and idiotic we are. I confronted him, but he ran to a mod and got me the severest warning I’ve had since joining FR. But rest assure the Obots are here, and that one guy is not a fluke. Others bragged about the same thing.

And all of them post on eligibility threads. Imagine that.

Three of the last four birther threads are focused on bashing good conservatives who choose not to follow crackpot birther theories. Trust me, seeing conservatives bash other conservatives pleases the Dems more than anything else.

I don’t agree with everything every other conservative in the world believes. But I don’t spend hours upon hours attacking, insulting, ridiculing and mocking conservatives with whom I disagree. Anti-birthers are some of the rudest, most obsessed people I have ever seen. They spend an outsize amount of time insulting conservatives and telling them it’s for their own good. Their behavior gives more fodder to the Obot crowd than anything written by sincere conservatives who are trying to get to the bottom of Obama’s lies.

Your opinion, and certainly not based on any revealed fact.

No educated American Patriot could ever be an afterbirther.

At least one mod is an Obot.

You're accusing one of the moderators of supporting Obama. Hit the abuse button. Prove it or STFU.

What was wrong with what es said? If a mod is an anti-birther, is he/she ashamed of it? Is it a shameful thing to be? If someone called me an ‘originalist’, I wouldn’t warn them ominously to watch their mouth. I AM an originalist, and proud of it. Why, if a mod is anti-birther, would saying so be an insult???

That said, I would change the word ‘obot’ to ‘anti-birther’, if I made the observation. Fwiw.

Editor didn't say "anti-birther."

It's an insult to this website to say one of the moderators supports Obama.

There is a perception that so-called birthers garner more reprimands for the same behavior than anti-birthers. For instance, I have seen ‘birthers’ warned for insulting anti-birthers, but I have not personally witnessed the reverse. I have seen ‘birthers’ warned for simply posting to anti-birthers, sans insulting language. Have you ever seen that in reverse? I certainly never have.

It's birthers who've decided anti-birthers=Obama supporters... a view NOT shared by FR management.

There are plenty of solid conservatives who want Obama gone, but don't buy into any of the currently popular birther conspiracies.

I bet that person is a Obot, because I still listen to the Obot’s Radio Show every week, and check the posts at Obot Central-—and the Obots are just OBSESSED with this issue.

I was a common sense suspicious Birther (but not a Vattle Birther) until April when Obama finally coughed up the long form. But as a issue, the whole Birther thing still has a lot of value in understanding Obama and the way him and his stupid Obotski Groupies think and act.

For example, I think it is hilarious that the Obots think Dr. Taitz is LOSING, when anybody with a lick of sense can see that she is beating them like carpets over a clothesline, by keeping what can be seen in hindsight was unfounded suspicions, alive and kicking. All because the Obots haven’t realized it isn’t a COURTROOM, but a Court of Public Opinion where these victories are won. This kind of analysis is what my think tank (The Birther Think Tank)focuses on.
