That’s ridiculous. 70 is far from old.

My dad will turn 71 in another month and he’s healthier than I am. Heck, he’s healthier than most people half his age.
When Obamacare turns us into another Sweden they’ll start building the ‘containment units’ for the ‘category one’ people, like they did in Torchwood: Miracle Day.
That ain’t an option, in my book. Free people must fight against the ever-creeping government control with everything they’ve got.
“Logan’s Run” and Ira Levin’s “This Perfect Day” were what first came to my mind when I read this article-a government controlled lifespan for all, coming soon to a country near you...
Regarding the “natural beauties” Welch and Loren-my daughter keeps up with that celebrity stuff, and informs me that Loren has had more than one facelift, and uses botox, just like Nancy Pelosi. Welch is said to have gotten a nose job and fake boobs when she first came to Hollywood to increase her marketability-she also supposedly has other surgical enhancements to her face, and has used botox. Both of their faces do have that botox-plumped look that Pelosi has. Apparently, both of these women are, as my British neighbor would say, “mutton made out to be lamb”.
I’m 86 and I’m probably healthier than most younger people. I go to my doctor once a year for a checkup, but otherwise don’t have any need for any kind of treatment. A friend of mine is 94 and she still drives and plays the piano at her church every Sunday.

We need to get rid of all the old people who have not been brainwashed by government schools ASAP.

Oh, I don’t doubt that it’s her, it just looks like she’s had some “work” done.
LOL! Probably most over 70 in Hollywood have, except for Betty White - (I just LOVE her!)
Can't remember the screen name, but he can probably reassure us that this lady “at least owns a new Volvo, and her own house”.
After all, he regularly reminds us that Sweden is the greatest country in the world, and all countries should emulate Sweden's way of doing things.
No need for the sarcasm tag. My post was just affirming your position. My mom, who is now 93, began having pretty severe back pain a few years ago due to spine compression pinching a nerve. She finally had spinal a procedure called kyphoplasty which helped her. But prior to that, her pain was bad enough that she often had trouble keeping her food down. Do these people expect us to let our parents starve to death if the system won’t allow us to get them treated?
