So if these Democrats can't even control their own money despite WARNING SIGNS all over this treasurer, how can they be expected to be responsible for disbursement of government revenues?

Over the last decade Durkee had racked up $185,860 in fines from the Fair Political Practices Commission in eight different cases, a sum that FPPC Chairwoman Ann Ravel said points to "quite serious" issues.

I'm guessing that she knows too much and the Democrats she scammed from are scared of what she could reveal. A PERFECT scam. Clear out the campaign cash of these Rats and they can't press charges because of what might be revealed.

Federal agents arrested Durkee on Sept. 2 at the Burbank office of her firm, Durkee & Associates, on suspicion of federal mail fraud. The complaint against her alleges that she took more than $677,000 in 2010 from the campaign account of Assemblyman Jose Solorio (D-Santa Ana) and covered up by filing false campaign reports.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

According to an affidavit filed with the complaint, Durkee "admitted that she had been misappropriating her clients' money for years." It was unclear how many are potential victims.

Oh Dear God, hear my plea! Let one of those victims be Dianne Feinstein and her ENTIRE stash of $5 million in campaign cash.

Elections records showed she has worked for hundreds of campaign committees, and the criminal complaint said she had signing authority over more than 400 bank accounts.

Wow! That's a lot of Rat cash destined to be pumped into the Las Vegas economy!

"I was aware of some of it," said state Sen. Lou Correa (D-Santa Ana), who said the FBI had informed him that Durkee might have embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from his campaign fund.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Dummy!
It’s not DESPITE the fines and fraud.
It’s BECAUSE OF the fines and fraud.
She just does it so well.

Odd that Dems say Kinde was well-known for pilfering ----but they hired her anyway. Makes you wonder if Kinde was the bag lady, helping the pols stash cash offshore---all tax-free---for later use. There are restrictions on using campaign funds---and earmarks--- where pols cash out---are gone).

Why did Kinde get nailed now? She might have been taking something off the top for herself---and got greedy---so the pols called her on it.

===========================================

So DiFi got ripped off for about $5 mill? With her husband’s China connections which Di facilitates using her office.....Di will raise that, and double it in no time.

I doubt she emptied out any one account. It would have been too obvious.

That’s right. To work for the government anywhere in the world, you are required to check your brain at the door!

As you point out, perhaps it was her willingness to violate rules which made her so attractive to them, never realizing that a woman willing to break laws FOR their benefit, would be willing to break laws for her own benefit as well.

Many big-name Democratic politicians used the services of a top campaign treasurer even though precisely because she had a history of fines and investigation into how she used the funds of elected officials.

Makes a lot more sense my way.

Duh, I guess I ought to read better. One did complain about her account getting virtually cleaned out.

With all the intrigue common to Democrats, I wonder if this sticky fingered treasurer is the end of the story. Or if certain Democrats “encouraged” her to monkey with the funds of rivals.

Yeah, maybe she was willing to fudge accounts for them. Too willing. Where did the money actually go.

Not when you consider dems are well known for pilfering....they saw that as a good trait...of course they didn't think she would do it to them...again. Much like another round of spending will work this time

*** BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! ***

-> right.

But maybe even funnier is the Feds can proceed without any of these RAT 'victims' pressing charges :-)

So if Di-Fi was scammed out of that $5 Million (PLEASE lord), she may have a problem documenting where it all came from. Ditto any any of Loretta 'Illegal Alien Vote Fraud' Sanchez's money.

When convicted, they could share a cell together, but alas not with 'my' ex gov Blago. He's kept in the 'Elvis Wing' of some Federal asylum for the criminally STOO-PID.

Agreed. BTW, this should be read with a heavy dose of sarcasm:

Odd that Dems “say” Kinde was well-known for pilfering.....(/snix)

You have it correct

The money is still around. The problem will be finding it. Once found all sorts of things might be learned.
