That’s right. To work for the government anywhere in the world, you are required to check your brain at the door! As you point out, perhaps it was her willingness to violate rules which made her so attractive to them, never realizing that a woman willing to break laws FOR their benefit, would be willing to break laws for her own benefit as well.
