Not unreasonably. And such support was a foul blot on America's history.

I'm perfectly happy to condemn Ted Kennedy and the others who supported the IRA if it will make the Brits happy. :)

As long as we draw a line between the IRA of the 20s, when they arguably were freedom fighters as well as terrorists, and that of the later 20th, when they were just commie scum murderers.
