Rep. Ron Paul has a problem with the idea of a U.S. border fence.
The people that want big fences and guns, sure, we could secure the border, the congressman noted. A barbed wire fence with machine guns, that would do the trick. I dont believe that is what America is all about.
Every time you think about this toughness on the border and ID cards and REAL IDs, think its a penalty against the American people too. I think this fence business is designed and may well be used against us and keep us in. In economic turmoil, the people want to leave with their capital and theres capital controls and theres people controls. Every time you think about the fence, think about the fences being used against us, keeping us in.

I guess after his showing at the debate he is afraid his band of appeasers will flee to Mexico and find another nut to follow.
I think he’s actually correct about this. I still want a big, BIG fence, but there is real danger from Our Rulers that just love to tell us how to live, where to live, and how much we can earn.
They are entirely capable of creating an American sequestered space. Think it can’t happen? It’s happened in the past.
Precisely.
Thank you.
At least a few (very few) of us here have our eyes open.
Why would Big Brother need to do any of that when it is apparent, he can control you by keeping you in fear? PTBs learned a long time ago, physical walls keeping people in can be torn down but walls of the mind can keep people enslaved. Here is a perfect example, decent folks opposing or fearing something as simple as a border security fence because Big Brother just plants a suggestion that it will be used against you.
We already have the Berlin Wall keeping you powerless against the government, but it is just in your mind, and Paul apparently was one of the builders.
Who needs a border fence to keep Americans in the US? All the gov has to do is hire the drug gangs US drug policy is already fueling, to shoot on site anyone of us trying to cross the border into Mexico. After all, the gov has already given them the guns!
Quite frankly, I’ve been saying this about the border fence since I saw the specs on some of it about 2 years ago.
Impenetrable fences work both ways.
California has already placed penalties on companies leaving the state. The feds have also made if more difficult for companies and individuals to remove assets from the country.
Just because you can’t see it doesn’t make it imaginary.
Your water isn’t boiling yet, is it? Ribbit...ribbit...
Someone has to be laughing hysterically about the citizens begging to be caged in behind walls and bars.
PLEASE FENCE ME IN.....PLEASE FENCE ME IN....!!!1
