It would be stretching the UN resolution to its breaking point for NATO to attack a convoy that is in full retreat away from the battlefield and which poses no threat to civilians. They’ll have to satisfy themselves with mopping up the remaining enclaves within the Libyan borders. The new Libyan leaders will have to reorganize their military to defend against possible cross-border insurgencies.
