Those that are shielded with an EMP shield. Anything in Iron Mountain would be fine.

Anything burned to DVD will be fine.
Your computer’s hard drive, motherboard, processor, graphics card, networking, and external hard drive will be toast. So will your vehicle’s electronics, unless you have an early 1980s or earlier model.
It’s a good idea to regularly burn everything to DVD, and keep the copies in a bag you can bug out with. If the worst case happens, you’ll be able to restore your data someday when computers come back.
None
Anything shielded by a Faraday cage or a Faraday room as in the film Enemy of the State.

Univac.
Those shielded by 2 inches of lead.
When you are ready it get rid of old laptops, PCs, CB radios, etc., just wrap them in a few layers of aluminum foil alternating with cardboard or plastic.
In case of EMP attack, they will be quite useful.
Likewise, wrap emergency radios, SW, CBs, etc.
As far as I know, if you unplug your backup system / small electronics and (I’ll catch some flack for this) wrap each component completely in aluminum foil, in effect you’ve created a faraday cage, and what’s inside will be fine.
I think.

Pretty simple. You only need a properly grounded Faraday cage. You can make one for yourself with a metal garbage can.
But what good will it do you to have a functioning computer system when the national power grid, almost everybody else’s computer, most of the Internet “backbone” and almost all servers have been rendered inoperative?
