The Obama administration bypassed procedural steps meant to protect taxpayers as it hurried to approve an energy loan guarantee to a politically-connected California solar power startup, ABC News and the Center for Public Integrity's iWatch News have learned

This money could have built 2 - 3 F22 fighters. Instead, it was flushed down the toilet, and the taxpayer got nothing for it.
While crony capitalism has always been around, Obama has taken it to a new level. The big difference is that the money he throws around is not getting to the economy.
