Like Zero, she is apparently unaware of the separation of powers and exactly what happened last November.

And Pelosi and Reid obviously agree with this anti-American rhetoric. The DNC is imploding. Good riddance.

Maxine should know all about “gangstas.”

Incidentally, her hubby is involved in banking and she throws business his way through government help for minority bankers.

Perhaps they should start with her “banker” husband? She got Barney Frank to give her husband’s failing bank special consideration.

I wish there was a way to get rid of “gangsta” politicians who come from districts where 99% of voters are braindead.

Is she going to tax the banks out of business before or after she socializes the oil companies?

Somebody buy Maxine a one-way ticket to North Korea. She’ll love it there.

You idiot, Waters! You've already taxed our CA businesses out of here.

Take a look around......empty buildings, large and small, everywhere!

Now, let's get rid of the banks, eh? You....are...a....moron and the reason our state is in the toilet!

Waters does what Dems usually do when they're in deep doo-doo---
(1) HAUL OUT THEIR PATENTED VICTIMIZATION ACT
(2) PLAY THE RACE CARD

Waters' Academy award-worthy acting job.

"Pay me, I'm a victim."

==================================================

QUESTION Do her working class constituents know Maxine Waters used their tax dollars to help her and her husband's investment in OneUnited Bank? Her working class constituents should know that their tax dollars were used to finance a luxurious lifestyle for OneUnited bank chairman and CEO Kevin Cohee, including a Porsche and a mansion on the exclusive Pacific Coast Highway.

Cohee's high-flying perks came despite his having been charged in 2007 with felonies after his arrest on suspicion of possessing cocaine, crack cocaine and concentrated cannabis, according to the Los LA County DA's office. The case was dismissed the next year after Cohee completed a drug diversion program.

Cohee was also arrested in 2007 after a woman filed a complaint alleging that Cohee had forcibly sodomized her, according to public records. Prosecutors did not pursue the assault charge.

OneUnited Bank Chairman and CEO, Kevin Cohee
JD, Harvard Law School
Board Member, Boston Bank Of Commerce
Formerly with Salomon Bros, Inc.

I hear that, these days, Cohee has the affirmative action office of Harvard Law School on speed-dial.

Give blacks free houses or we will use the government to destroy your businesses. How is this not prosecutable under extortion and quite a few other laws?

“The actual obtainment of money or property is not required to commit the offense. Making a threat of violence which refers to a requirement of a payment of money or property to halt future violence is sufficient to commit the offense. Exaction refers not only to extortion or the unlawful demanding and obtaining of something through force,[1] but additionally, in its formal definition, means the infliction of something such as pain and suffering or making somebody endure something unpleasant.[2]” (from wikipedia: Extortion)

It seems to me that she can be prosecuted even before any tit-for-tat happens, and even though the consequences she is threatening are not physically violent or criminal in nature, since “taxing to death” certainly qualifies as inflicting pain and suffering.

we're gonna tax them out of business.

I take it she's too fevered to realize the implications of what she said - about all taxes.

The source link is misleading. It does not go to Breitbart.tv, but rather back to the same blog link in the excerpt.
