Give blacks free houses or we will use the government to destroy your businesses. How is this not prosecutable under extortion and quite a few other laws?

It seems to me that she can be prosecuted even before any tit-for-tat happens, and even though the consequences she is threatening are not physically violent or criminal in nature, since “taxing to death” certainly qualifies as inflicting pain and suffering.

I wish someone in Congress would actually have the balls to ask them if this is what they want.
