In politics you often don’t get what you want. But it is much more dangerous to the nation to increase Democrat power.

I agree, BTW did you hear the stories that castle was ready to flip to the dems before the election?

rogue, look at what you said. Do you really mean you prefer to have the RATS in control?

What I prefer is to have conservatives in control.

From 2002 to 2006 we had Republicans in control (not conservatives) and we got entitlement expansion (not reform); “global warming”-based collectivism; open borders; preposterous levels of spending on agriculture subsidies, transportation pork, federal education b.s., and the ethanol swindle; a housing bubble and mortgage trading scam; and then we handed both houses of Congress and the White House to the filthiest collection of commie ‘Rats this nation has ever seen.

This was a massive, perhaps fatal, fail and it was caused by conservatives not looking past the party label.

The tea party movement was created to address this massive failure. I was at the Tea Party Express kick-off rally in Napa on Saturday and when one of the speakers mentioned that our problems were caused by Republicans as well as ‘Rats the crowd roared its agreement.

Just as Satan is busily at work in the Christian Church, so the criminals, collectivists, and madmen seek to control the GOP as well as the ‘Rat Party.

We must work to create and maintain an honest, conservative GOP just as assiduously as we work to defeat the ‘Rat Party.

To do otherwise is to repeat the costly mistakes of the recent past.

ALL RINOs must be primaried by conservatives every time. McCain, Graham, Murkowski, Collins, Snowe, etc.

ALL of them!

There is too little time left for half measures.

we don’t want any more rinos under any circumstances

I agree. RINO hunting is the first and foremost duty of the tea party movement.

I donated money to her in the last election without really knowing her. Since that time I believe she has become a total dingbat and I can’t stand looking at her face or listening to her voice.

“I agree. RINO hunting is the first and foremost duty of the tea party movement.”

Let's also note that even for people who think Castle would have been better, this idea that he would have definitely won is a joke (for people who know DE).

Coons is a skilled, bright democrat who ran a solid campaign, and even though people think of Delaware as a purple state it is actually a very, very blue one.

So I believe there is a better than 50% chance Castle would have gone down in the end anyway. And this way we were able to put some fear of God into the establishment Rs.

“we don’t want any more rinos under any circumstances”

Somewhere between unlikely to impossible to get to majority without them.

Without majority impossible to control flow and content of legislation.

Freepers should be the first to know better than to buy any hyperbole from the media. This is a manufactured bunch of nonsense to create a “cat fight” story that doesn’t exist.

I STILL like Christine, and think she has a future; but Sept. 3rd was originally billed as Sarah’s gig, and it should be PURE PALIN. If Chrissy gets her act together sometime down the road, she can have her own gig.....in Delaware.

In a state that has REPEATEDLY reelected Joe Biteme, the bar OBVIOUSLY is not so high that O’Donnell can’t SAIL over it when her time comes!
