All we’re doing is enforcing the law and we’re allowing for other individual groups and partnerships with other consulate offices to work with us in expanding our reach in information,” Solis said.

Nah, if they were enforcing the law they'd be deporting illegals.

No they are actually breaking the law by harboring illegals.

But hey...the “typical white person” who bitterly clings to religion and guns must be punished...

Is this a treaty? If it is a treaty congress should vote on it.

and just what is an an “agreement” with a foreign power? How is it related to a treaty? Treaties must be ratified by the Senate, what about “agreements?”

U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Hilda Solis today signed "partnership" agreements with ambassadors from a group of Latin American nationss aiming to protect what she described as the rights of both legal and illegal migrant workers laboring in the United States.

Yeah, who needs that pesky Senate to bind us to treaties with foreign governments?

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur....

SNIP: “No matter how you got here or how long you plan to stay, you have certain rights. You have the right to be safe and in a healthy workplace and the right to a legal wage.”

How the hell does someone have a right to a legal wage if here illegally?

I’ve never heard a treaty referred to as a “partnership” before so I’d guess not.

No surprise though with the turkey in the White House, he does things as he sees fit, legal or no.

The House should jump all over this but it’s doubtful they will.

Well said. Obama doesn’t give a whit about treaties, laws, the Constitution or the Senate, he does it his way.

Not only is she wrong, and a complete AA backbencher, she speaks english at an 8th grade level, trying hard to use grown up words and sound competent. It’s all buzzwords and mixed metaphors. Her grammar is atrocious. Pure pandering to the “hispanic” voter. Puke.

She should stick to spanish, as it’s all she cares about anyway.

Looks like the Dims have have found the voting bloc of the future and thrown their traditional constituency under the bus. What's crazy is the fact that the now under the bus dweller's probably will still reliably vote Dim anyway per their lifelong indoctrination, in spite the illegals siphoning off unskilled labor pool jobs that are scarce to begin with.
