Only Congress has the power to remove a president. Not the courts.
Congress delegated the responsibility to try a usurper to the District Court, Washington, D.C., via Quo warranto. In that case the accused public officer would have to prove his/her eligibility for the office held.
The corruption exhibited by our Judicial system in the Democratic Party political machines’s efforts to block any attempts at dealing with this issue over the past three years has been shocking.
The socialists in the Democratic Party effected a coup d’etat in 2008. Obama is a puppet; but who is pulling his strings? Why the Republicans seemingly went along with it is puzzling, and not just to me.
Your expertise in legal “mumbo jumbo” is noted; but, your use of “delegated”, “usurper”, “corruption exhibited by our Judcial system...”, “coup d’etat”, etc. is exactly what I’m talking about.

I don’t see him as the Democrap nominee, and I don’t think any more of the left will care about that than Carter got when they dumped him.
You know, I kind of agree with you. He acts like he hates the job. He never anticipated the Repubs taking the House, making the rest of his term(s) a living hell. He doesn't seem to have the stomach for it. He's not a fighter.
People here on this thread talk as though the U.S. Constitution has no importance, and if that is going to be the case from hereon, why vote at all?

Republicans start nominating ineligible candidates for national office like the Democrats have done, well, it doesn’t set precedence; such actions negate national laws. This sets the nation on a course for anarchy.
If that’s your idea - that the other guy does it and gets away with it, so I will too - well, kiss your rights away, because you’ll have no protection under law.
Obama has said that he doesn’t like the Constitution. Why give him and his supporters what they want - a nation without laws and a worthless piece of paper as a national constitution.
Obama will come back in September and propose big fat stimulus checks for all his loyal followeres. If Congress approves, his followers will be happy. If Congress doesn’t approve, then his followers will blame Republicans.
Rinse and repeat the process until the election. Can’t possibly lose with that strategy.

IMO, although the Appleseed Project is rifle marksmanship, the *hours* spent handling rifles and the constant safety training will translate into good all around gun handling skills. I know for me that after 3 Appleseeds, even though my marksmanship is not yet where I want it to be (much better though), my confidence in competently handling rifles is way, way better. Hours and hours and hours means that things I used to have to stop and think about are getting automatic. And that will be critical in an emergency.
