Obvious case of self-defense...by the dog.

Perhaps he groped his own groin (itchy balls?) and the dog, having been taught to look for a weapon when a subject gropes somewhere, chomped it and his hand together.

So either he sicced the dog on a kneeling, helpless man or, according to his own report, he sent the dog into an apartment after someone he could not see. Did he realize there were two kids inside, I wonder?

Anything that cannot respond to a surrender should not be used in apprehension. It is barbaric.

You need to read and understand the article. The dog will not bite without movement.

Sorry mr cop, but I think you are lying and should be fired. Turning a cop dog loose in an apartment with kids. Cop dogs are a 99.9% waste of tax payers money, and I do not care about the cops addiction to dog farts. He can get a job cleaning the monkey cages at the local zoo.

Well it looks to me like the “cop dog” did most of us a favor by pretty much eliminating the chance the loser will father anymore “parasites” to the tax payers. “Birth Control” the hard way.........gotta love it!

Ahh, so we have a police dog that attacked a man without being commanded to do so? In that case, the dog is not fit to be a police dog and the handler was criminally negligent in not restraining his animal.

Just mail your part of the out of court settlement. Judges and courts hand out punishment in our system.
