Her refusal to take questions is the result of Mr. Ed trying to reduce the gaffe factor.

Passionate on the talking points. Her debates will be pivot toward and regurgitation of Mr. Ed's talking points.

For many that will be enough.

Well, at least she had the guts and the integrity to actually announce her candidacy and let folks know what her real intentions are. More than I can say for others.
