Interesting to see who backs West and Wasserman Schultz

I was shocked to read Anthony Man's article, "Powerful legislators banking on 2012 battles," in which he details the fundraising by Allen West and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. West raised $1.6 million and Wasserman Schultz $902,000. While both are tidy sums, I was taken aback by the disclosure that Schultz's "contributions of less that $200 from individuals accounted for 0.7 percent," while West's "donors, who gave less that $200 dollars each, accounted for half of West's total."

I would love to see religious affiliations, while Jews are beining bred in intermarried out of American culture I am sure it’s 75% of Wasserman’s contricbutions. I am sure it’s mostly Jewish retirees, trial lawyers and red diaper doper baby doctors.

L’il Debbie represents the DNC, not her constituents...but they’re too braindead to realize it.

This doesn’t make sense. Everybody knows Republicans are the party of big business and special interests and they don’t care one whit for the the “little guy.”

As an aside, has anyone besides myself noticed the unusually short duration of the West/Wasserman-Schultz celebrity death-match? That ought to be an instructive example for other republican politicos.
After Col. West’s broadside, Little Debbie ran to her feminist sisters and the MSM to crank up the liberal outrage Wurlitzer to flog and hammer Allan West into the usual cringing, blubbering, grovelling, kowtowing Pubbie man-pulp. Only the target of their ire refused to play along, confess wrongdoing and beg forgiveness. Isn’t it amazing that the whole ginned-up controversy suddenly dropped off the front pages after barely two days of histrionic shrieking once it became plain that West was refusing to back down?
I think other conservative players should draw a lesson from this. The liberal smear machine only works if the victim co-operates. Otherwise, every time the libs charge racism/sexism, scream and jump around and it doesn’t have the desired effexct, they lose their power to intimidate.

I think they smacked him. I’ve been wondering if that was the price they exacted for not allowing him to be censured for the wasserman schultz thing. Because the dems were sure going for it.

Good point. Yes that whole thing fizzled out pretty quickly. I agree that others should take a lesson from this, but the publicity overload on the debt ceiling debate and credit downgrade probably sucked the oxygen out of the harpies’ publicity plans.

He smacked himself, Hard! His Pigford Vote and then the Nay on Zippy care defunding, the treachery on the Debt ceiling with Bonehead.
What the Hell was that, next town hall these need answered and I see no logical answers to be had,The Pigford vote was straight out of his new friends in the CBC.

Actually, Yellowstone and the Tetons. 10 days without any newspaper, radio, TV, Internet or FR! Lots of bears, wolves, elk, moose, coyotes, and bald eagles. Hiking, canoeing, horseback riding. It was quite refreshing. Only problem is I wish I were back.

Read it again.
The article went on to state, Most of Wasserman Schultzs money came from the corporate and labor union political action committees. Most just means 51%. We all know who are the financial supporters of liberals and Democrats. It's no secret. Here are some of those supporters (in no particular order).
1. Labor Unions
2. Public Employee Labor Unions
3. Teachers Unions (same as #2 above but different)
4. Trial Lawyers
5. Hollywood Liberals (producers, directors, actors)
6. Wall Street (most Jewish financial types- yes, makes no sense to me either)
7. Major Media (the types who run ABC,CBS,NBC, NY Times, Washington Post, etc)
8. College and University Professors & Administrators
9. Black Organizations; NAACP, etc
10. Hispanic Organizations
11. Asian Organizations
12. Money from Middle East (technically illegal but they get it funneled through Arab Organizations.
13. Middle Eastern Front Groups
14. Corporations with government Contracts (hedging their bets- they support both Democrats and Republicans). 15. Corporations who are dependent on government regulation.
