If things get really bad, he will find himself presiding over the early stages of American collapse. So under the 2011 budget, every hour of every day, the United States government spends $188 million it doesn’t have, $130 million of which is “borrowed” from itself. There’s nobody else out there.
In other words, however Congress votes, we’re rubbing up against the real debt ceiling — the willingness of the world to continue bankrolling American debauchery.

The basic problem is political which leads to a ruined economy. The American people have lost their way. One glance at what is in the White House proves the aforementioned.
Unless the Obama is willing to kill creditors and confiscate wealth at gunpoint - literally - the only option is hyperinflation.
Our best hope is he simply doesn't get as many of them; enough to get a credible GOP candidate (if we can find one) squeak by.

Obama’s polling in the low 40’s because people are still afraid to say they’re fed up with him. The PC conditioning, don’cha know.

They would love a strong bout of inflation and they are trying hard to ignite it - but they are having a terribly difficult time doing so. The massive deflationary trend sparked by the collapse of the credit bubble is overwhelming their efforts, and destined to make repayment of all that debt even more expensive.
This has been clear for some time, and it hasn't been just Obama, but it's been the Democrat party and open-borders RINOs.
The government (1) brings into a burgeoning Euro-style welfare state tens of millions of low-skilled, lower-average-IQ, pro-socialist foreign citizens in order to vote Democrat and provide cheap low-skilled labor, (2) subsidizes dysfunctional underclass mothers to have more children and (3) dumbs down students stuck in government schools with politically- and not economically-driven curricula.
The result is roughly a two-class society like we see in so many Latin American countries, with a legacy infrastructure inherited from when the US had a strong, industrious and intelligent middle class. Holding society together as a national culture is the cult of victimhood and entitlement and bread-and-circuses Hollywood degeneracy.
Right, it would be the Union "election assistant" that delivers 'em to the several polling places, and follows 'em in to the several election booths they use in addition to their several absentee ballots.

I have a $50 trillion note that I keep at work for show and tell for liberals. Most are hopeless, but a few are starting to make a connection between that bill and what is happening currently vis a vis our fiscal situation.
The one difference is that, as far as is known, the Obama is not prone toward violent solutions.
But you’re right, socialism usually passes thru a stage of extreme violence.
