Ahem, you started it, Mr. President.
You spent, and spent, and spent.
You wanted still more money.
You set the arbitrary deadline.
You stomped out of negotiations that some said were going well.
You demanded your way.
You demeaned those who cautioned restraint.
You held press conferences and whined, and whined, and whined.
You have talked the economy into the ditch.
You have terrified business owners, homeowners and investors.
You have terrified the sick and the elderly.
You own the economy.

"He really does assume everyone in the room is a blithering idiot."

Unfortunately he's not far off the mark in that. So many Government educated citizens truly don't have a clue about the reality of any given situation. They actually believe the BS the MSM shoves down their throats on a daily basis. Remember news for most of these folks consists of a quick glance at the headlines or maybe a snippet or two from a sound byte. Obama and the Communists are all too aware of this and their comrades in the MSM make sure they put out this BS with that in mind.

It would save our kids the problem of worrying about this if the country just outlawed Socialism and Communism. We need another McCarthy. Consider the number of Communists in Washington today.

No worries...he will start blaming Bush again next week. This POS illegal in our White House has never taken credit for anything
negative and always puffs himself up when anything positive happens. He is a child screwing up an adults job.

I’m still waiting to learn what classes he might have taken at Occidental (much less Columbia College or Harvard). I bet I’m more educationally qualified than he is.

Obama always plays the Blame Game. Everything hurts the economy, according to him. That is because he does not know what to do or how to fix it.

If we were being led well, no blame on the fighting over the debt limit, the earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, etc. would ever be needed. Our economic status used to be strong, and we could endure those things - and even be able to help other countries without feeling a crunch.

The Blame for our dead economy is OBAMA...period. It might have been injured before...but Obama killed it!

No argument from me, though I suspect that the issue really does boil down to whether he can convince more than half of the 20% in the middle that he’s got goodies for them and so should be confirmed. 40% of us are permanently alienated. 40% of us depend directly on his booty (shake yer booty, Obammy!). It’s the middle that makes the difference.

Only question: will enough of the enslaved vote to overcome the combination of the other two?
