Not all jobs can stay here since there is no way to get rid of all the regulations. Sure wish we could. Plus it depends on the foreign markets they serve. Heinz, for example, has some plants overseas because it is less expensive to ship from the Far East (Indonesia, I think) to that market than here. There are alot of jobs that could be here, like customer service call center representatives.
Perhaps, those that believes the US is a parasite, should look up the definition and consider it. Only those that do not believe in American exceptionalism could make the comparison. Don’t fall for Putin’s trick. If you still think the US is a parasite, then I would ask you to relocate.

The United States is staying afloat off the act of borrowing from other countries.
If we were to have our debts called tomorrow we would declare bankruptcy.
Funny thing is we are borrowing back our own money that we send to China to buy products that are built by companies and industry we sent there from here.
Even funnier is Obama appointed Imelt the head of GE to be the jobs Czar and he sent a good portion of those jobs there.Now even Helen Keller should be able to see that Obama isn’t trying to help our country, but the Congress of the United States just voted to let him borrow more. IF he can find someone stupid enough to buy our debt. Much of it is being bought by the federal Reserve with money that isn’t worth the paper it is printed on.

This from Random House College Dictionary: “2. a person who receives support, advantages, or the like, from another or others wtihout giving any useful or proper return.” Do you believe that the US gives nothing useful or proper? When people tell me to leave the country if I don’t agree with them I get personally angry, I thought I did pretty well in a civil way after being told to leave the country if I agree that Putin was right in calling us parasites.

The loan situation isn’t as easy as it seems. Apparently, we have alot of revenue, but the loans are on part of the debt.
