MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The man who led Milwaukee police to serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer 20 years ago was charged Friday in the death of a homeless man who drowned after he was thrown off a bridge.
Tracy Edwards - who escaped Dahmer's Milwaukee apartment in July 1991, leading police and the world to Dahmer's crimes - was charged along with Timothy Carr with first-degree recklessly endangering safety in the death of Johnny Jordan, 43.

The tragic thing was that it had happened once before, too, but with no rescue;
Cops came upon a naked brown Laotian boy (Thai?) bleeding from his fanny, screaming. He wore handcuffs. He could speak no English and appeared drugged.
The cops could only understand there was some problem between he and Dahmer, who came jogging up to the scene shortly.
He spoke with the cops, and convinced them that they were gay lovers and had just had a quarrel.
So the cops just just them both go.
I don’t know if Dahmer later finished killing him, but this was an early point at which he was almost stopped.
Very weird.

If cops had run a check on Dahmer they'd have seen he was still on probation for child molestation.
If stopped by the cops then at least four victims would've been saved.

Wonder if Jerry Brown will include Dahmer in the Homosexual history books.....oh, yes, did he say just positive things could be shown.....maybe, they can just talk about Dahmer’s knife skills and hair style.
Relatives of Dahmer's victims raised a stink, and I'm pretty sure
they bought the stuff off the would be museum curators
around cost, and promptly destroyed all of it.

Yeah, I was wondering what that comment had to do with a Jeffrey Dahmer story. But come to think of it....he may have voted Dem when he wasn’t busy planning his next sex murder,
COME ON U CLOWNS! READ BETWEEN THE LINES!. AS I REMEMBER IT this guy was WANTED by the cops when he ran to them and said “This guy tried to kill me!’ It’s not mentioned in the article. They may even have had sex. Dahlmer drugged his victims including this one. So now 20 years later he kills someone. Totally irrelevant. The press wants to blame the cops again just like they did regarding the 15 year old Laotian boy. Disgusting.
As I recall, the police were fired, then later reinstated. There defense was that they were only doing what they had been trained to do.
Dahmer told them that the boy was 19, that he was a little "slow" and that they were having a "lover's spat".
The police said they had just recieved training on how to be sensitive to the needs of the gay community.
