Now the question is, where WAS Obama born? Kenya? Indonesia? Maybe he is a Cold War-era Soviet Manchurian Candidate-type plant? And if he really never was a legitimate President, do the rules of Impeachment not apply to him?
IMO, they still apply. There is no reason why the well-established legal doctrine of "de facto officer" would not apply to the president as in the case of other government officials.
Under this doctrine, even though it is later discovered that a government official who holds color of official title to his office by virtue of a known election or appointment failed to meet a prerequisite of holding office, such as an eligibility requirement, nevertheless actions taken by him within the scope and by the apparent authority of that office will be considered valid and binding.
And IMO impeachment and conviction by Congress would likely be considered by the courts to be the exclusive method of both holding him accountable for the crimes of fraud and forgery and removing him from office.
These questions never end, because the usurper doesn't want them answered. We do know that he is a lying SOB and hates America and everything representing the true spirit and foundation of America.
Because of that, I do wonder if the sick games he is playing WRT the COLB, are indicative of a natural-born birth (I know, it seems counterintuitive) that he wants to cast down and besmirch, because he absolutely despises such a birthright.
Yet it's a birthright blessing he needs in order to be a legitimate POTUS, the very position that is allowing him to destroy America.
I don't discount that he could be a foreign-born usurper, but because he has major daddy/identity issues - preferring to identify with and accomodate the third world - I'll consider that he is a homegrown terrorist, a hyper-dangerous POTUS version of the pampered Johnny Jihad Rachel Corrie miscreant genre.
