Believe me, he is vulnerable. The media couldn’t protect his congressional water carriers on November 2010, and they can’t protect him in 2012. Don’t misunderstand what I am saying. Relative to Obama, Perry’s an improvement. But if Palin secures the nomination, as I believe she will, it will be incredibly tough for most alert voters to deliberately choose another four years of dealing with the Obama wrecking ball, when they are presented with someone as outstanding as Palin, as the only other realistic choice on the ballot.
The problem with your theory is that there aren’t enough “alert voters” for Palin to win unfortunately - that’s how we got Obama as the president.
