This...person, and others like him, are one of the myriad reasons my family and I don't have cable or dish. Why actually pay for crap like this to be piped into your house? The bads--HBO, CNN, MSNBC, MTV, & others-- far outweigh the goods--History, N'tl Geo, Discovery, etc.

If it were not for places posting the outrageous behavior on this show, no one would know. Maher has no ratings. No one watches his show. They do this to make the news cycles now and again to prove their relevance. They have none.

Of the 10 people watching TV on a Friday night in Summer, here is what the people are viewing at 10 PM.

Real Time 10PM HBO 1million viewers

American Restoration 10PM History Channel 2.5 million viewers.

Maher has no ratings. No one watches his show.

He gets a lot of threads on FR. At least a few a week. I wouldn't miss them.

The 24/7 world we now live in and the proliferation of cable TV and encourages people like Maher and Savage and gives them an audience. And I mean "gives" because if they had to actually compete for viewers they would not have the soapbox.

Liz Cheney got both Juan Williams and John Podesta all fired up.

She should challenge each of them to 1 on 1 debates, so they can’t gang up on her and shout her down.

I’m thinking I’d like Marco Rubio and Liz Cheney to challenge Obama in 2012. They are sufficiently conservative and can out debate the communists at every turn.

What a treat! That is some of the funniest, cutting edge comedy that I've ever heard! Audience members were seen writhing on the floor in fits of hysterical laughter. The EMT’s must have had their hands full dealing with all the cracked ribs.
