Time to tell the UN to stick it where the sun don’t shine.

That is why the media keeps the ‘Mexican national’ emphasis in their headlines, while ignoring the fact that the guy was an illegal alien who committed a despicable murder and rape.

Adria Sauceda Jan. 27, 1978 - May 21, 1994

Adria was found bludgeoned to death with a rock and left naked on a dirt road after being sexually assaulted with a stick

I'm sorry...I was looking at that picture and wasn't paying attention...tell me again how we "wronged Humberto"...

Humberto chose poorly. He should have committed his vile act of barbarianism in San Fransicko. He could share a room with Charles Manson.

True. However, in this case they could do us a service by arresting, trying and jailing the present occupant of the White House.

Navi Pillay should have notified Texas of which consulate to notify when this guy was first picked up.

I thought LEOs were not, under any circumstances, ever permitted to ask about a person's immigration status, ergo there never was a duty or even a legality in pursuing the consulate option. Furthermore, hasn't this wretched Fe'ral Government also asserted that even illegal aliens have 14th Amendment protections? Equal protection under the law anyone?

All those freeloader High Commissioners of the UN are in Nuevo York because of the perks WE GIVE THEM. Hard to match that in the Congo or even Paris.

If we ever get a real House, Senate and Prez, that are truly conservative maybe the UN will be invited to go play somewhere else, with someone else’s money.

The undocumented Democrat broke US law-and from accounts I’ve read more than once or twice-raised in the USA since he was about 2 yrs old. I say Screw international law. Let them raise the dead if they want him tried differently.

Hardly, he would likely be awarded a highly compensated sinecure in the mayor's office to promote diversity.

0bama sues AZ for asking for proof of citizenship.

0bama accuses TX of violating international law for not asking for proof of citizenship.

0bama is a schizophrenic nutcase.

UN International Law:

Guys in Blue Helmets in the Balkans turn civilians over to hostiles so they can be murdered.

Guys in Blue Helmets in Africa rape twelve year old girls without punishment.

Considering his crimes, maybe he was a U.N. peacekeeper.

In the future, a Texas LEO SWAT team should simply organize a typical armed assault on whatever dwelling he is occupying and either mistake him for a house-hold pet, or claim that they "thought he had a gun".

The SWAT teams in America are nothing more than ultra-express lanes for execution of the Death Penalty for crimes typical of what this crim did, to the "crime" of simply having the wrong address on the rubber-stamped "search warrant"

Did Mexican citizen Humberto Leal Garcia Jr. ever break any laws that the UN recognizes?

I thought so.

accused the United States of breaking international law

Yea, and sooooo what if it did. We live under the laws of the USA. Period...unless the fools in Washington move us otherwise...and we know where that's going.

As its actions in the Ivory Coast (and other locations) have established, rape and murder are values that the UN promotes.
