Looks like Casey, Cindy and George might need to sell more Caylee pictures and videos to pay for the coming civil suits. Go get them!!!! Let loose the dogs of war.

I am glad they are suing. Tim Miller knows what its like to lose a child, he went into the Anthony home and knew it was just a huge waste of time..he knew the family was hiding something so he wanted no part of it. Tim Miller is a good guy I hope he drains them dry

Why would they sue George and Cindy? They lost a beloved granddaughter, and had nothing whatsoever to do with her disappearance and death.

I think everyone needs to cool their jets and above all, leave the grieving parents and grandparents alone.

As far as Casey is concerned, she’s a moral pervert, totally without a conscience and fully narcissistic. Aside from her parents spoiling her abit, I do not think they are culpable in Caylee’s death or the search for a missing child. They seem to be totally devastated by all these events.

If you think people will leave George and Cindy alone, u live in a fantasy world.
The Anthonys sent Tim Miller on a search, knowing Caylee was dead, if u believe what Tim Miller says... you know the man who leads searches for missing children....not dead children.

As far as the lawsuits, I hope all the Anthony’s get bleed for every dime they have made and will make off a murdered child.

I have 5 adult children and one is every bit as narcissistic as Casey. We do not enable or support their self centered lifestyle in any way. If one of my grand kids was gone for a day I'd know and would be on those parents like grease. Also a parent knows when their child is lieing and these lies cost a little child her life. All are welcome to sue me if I turn a blind eye to the safety of my grand children for the sake of preserving the reputation or freedom of my narcissitic child. His siblings would also hold me accountable.

They would sue George and Cindy based on the search for Caylee when it appears that they knew that Caylee was dead.

The defense presented in court was that Caylee drowned in the swimming pool, and that George disposed of the body. Assuming that’s some semblance of the truth, the searchers have every right to be p***sed off that they were used in a fruitless search that would never find Caylee.

Now if lies were told in court, I don’t know what to say. But if we’re really supposed to believe that Caylee drowned and in some panic they disposed of the body, it was unconsionable for them to have put together search teams to search for Caylee. They took advantage of people’s good nature and compassion, and crapped all over it.

There are so many organizations and individuals that participated in her daughters' rescue/retrieval, that Casey could be in court and lose the shirt off her back weekly for the next two decades.

Interesting if it works out that way.

Yep...out of this whole fiasco..this man has more credibility than anyone involved. I saw an interview with him today and he said the whole family is not telling the truth about anything. I hope he sues the hell out of them all...including Caley’s lawyer!

So, they’ll wait for the statue of limitations (3-5 years in most states) from the TIME OF ACTUAL DAMAGE (the search dates) before publishing their “story”. Then, for good measure they’ll declare bankruptcy before inking the deals.

How do you shaft a lawyer? With a better lawyer.

I have a friend who was one of the searchers - I don't have a problem with Caylee's family being sued.

Can anything be done after the fact when it is proven a defense lawyer lied in court?

George and Cindy deserve everything they get. By Cindy lying in court, she was instrumental in trying to muddy up the waters for the jurors, to get Casey off the hook. She should be up for perjury.

You're right, however there might be a way around this.

Casey owes about $70,000 to the IRS in back taxes. That keeps all assessed tax years from running on limitations.

A clever search provider could gift Casey the full value of the cost of the search rather than suing for restitution, and, of course, drop a 1099 on her for that amount.

The IRS would be willing to collect 39% of say, five million dollars plus interest and penalties, and IRS no be interested in no steenking bankruptcy.

They'll get every dime.

Those PICs, are perfect. The jury pic. is exactly what I saw during a Civil case we had, we lost/no harm, but just saying, that is what I saw in viewing the Jury.

It was just funny to me to see that posted, brought back memories. There is no Jury of my Peers, none.

Reason: The smart ones, know how to get out of Jury duty.

Isn’t intellectual property (e.g. copyright) liable to seizure in bankruptcy? Since copyright exists from the moment of writing, they would have to go bankrupt then promise a story that they had never yet written.
