How is this any different than what happens in American abortion-murder centers over 4000 times a day?
How can this “prosecutor” even say this with a straight face when abortion-murder facilities are operating with impunity, probably within walking distance of the court house?

Per Mapquest the distance is 1.57 miles from the OC Courthouse to a late term murder center on Lucerne Terrace... (they are limited by law to 20 weeks but routinely exceed that cutoff date.. the law doesn’t intrude on them.. which means they endorse it... ) interestingly the OC Coroners office is a mere 4 blocks from the abortuary in the area of the ORMC “campus” ...
You mean you would seriously convict a woman because she cried about the death of her child, and because she exercised her Fifth Amendment right?
That is proof of nothing. I’d be more suspicious if the woman didn’t cry.

The “drowning” story had two purposes ... It gave the defense the option of arguing that the chlorine found in the tissue was from the drowning and not from the breakdown of Chloroform into it’s component parts... They didn’t have to go down that road because the state didn’t put on convincing evidence that chloroform or even abnormally high levels of chlorine were present in the body ... The other reason was to plant that doubt as to the cause of death... The grandfather was a detective ,, this was HIS plan to muddy the waters .. he should be on trial, he should LOSE his pension.. even if it is true then he caused an investigation to continue for YEARS at MY expense .. nobody goes to jail when a child drowns .. happens every week here in Florida ,, you call the paramedics , you look like a complete tool ,, and it all goes away ...
She may well skate ,, her parents perjured themselves to a degree that may have saved her.
If she skates she’ll be dead within 10 years ... I’m betting she starts hitting the drugs even harder than before.... guaranteed she’ll be back in the news in less than a year.

Actually he has to prove it beyond “A” reasonable doubt. Not “ANY” reasonable doubt. Hung juries happen all the time. That does not mean those voting “not guilty” are unreasonable.
I’d rather see 10 guilty people go free than one innocent person convicted. And the Founding Fathers felt the same way. This one may go free. I’m not saying she didn’t do it. I’m saying if I was on the jury I’d have a hard time voting “guilty” because the prosecutor said “Someone in that house” killed the kid. Wonder why he said that. Was it a slip of the tongue?
No one is saying there’s not a dead kid. But cause of death has not been determined. So, to me, that’s a reasonable doubt that her death was a murder.

If you get a chance watch the Greta interview with Cindy Anthony. She says the father was some kid from out of state and his parents were never told about Caylee. And, the father is now dead.
I think Greta was shocked. Because she should have said “How did he die?” And “Don’t you believe people have the right to know if they have a grandchild?” Something ain’t right.

Actually, it was a FEDERAl District Court that recently declared FL’s death penalty unconstituional (re how/who decides what the aggravating circumstances are). Right now, it’s not binding on state cases, only federal cases in Fl.
This is more important than anything. We are talking life here. Nothing trumps that. You obviously are one of those crazy abortion lovers because according to you there are other matters to take up rather than life. How sad are you. I will pray for you.
I was tired of seeing the Anthony’s on every tv show too, but in the case of Natalie Holloway, since they still have never found her body, I have to say I would probably have done exactly what her mother did and try to keep my child’s face in front of every camera possible until we either found her, one way or another.
The parents loved that child..I”m sure they would have been happy to adopt her.
She certainly didn't die by her own hand and climb into a bag. It certainly wasn't an accident or Casey wouldn't have had to lie and as a consequence...wind up in jail.

I can’t say I don’t care, because an innocent child is dead, but yes, I agree with the rest of your statement. This is completely media made and it’s ridiculous the coverage this trial is getting. The only thing that sets her apart is she is young and attractive. Thank goodness she’s not blond or there would be a camera in her jail cell.
As far as Freepers being able to chew gum and walk at the same time, sure, most Freepers can. But the public in general? No, they can’t. With the state our country is in right now, it’s irresponsible of the news media to be spending so much time on this trial.
