I didn’t see any tears from her or her father.
Now, I’m not saying she’s not guilty. But I think everyone except the brother was involved. If I was on the jury I’ve vote not guilty for one reason. The prosecution attorney, in his closing statement said “Someone in that house killed her”. SOMEONE? To me he just admitted that the prosecution does not even know who actually did the killing. The prosecutor screwed up big time!
I know I’m in the minority but if you disagree and you want to flame me, explain the prosecutor’s statement.
Or, if Grandma and Grandpa don’t want the responsibility, then let a baby be adopted.
If people can’t and won’t care for their children, and if they think that having children is a punishment or a burden, then give them up for adoption.
Do we even know where Caylee’s father is? Was he out of their lives by the time of the murder?
Why couldn’t Casey have given her child to her parents and then embarked on the life of whoredom that she so desired?

Also, I remember early on in the coverage of the murder hearing that Casey did not want to keep Caylee, but Cindy insisted that she do so anyway. I expect Casey kept Mom and Dad hopping just to get permission to spend time with Caylee.

Casey will not get the Death Penalty, they said 6 of the Jurors have children, they will have mercy on her parents who have lost thier grandchild, now they will execute the Anthony’s only daughter? Nope...I don’t think they will...

In an interview with Greta back in 2008 Cindy Anthony said the father was a friend of Cayce’s from out of state and they mutually agreed that he wouldn’t be involved in the raising of the child and his family was never told about it and he’s dead now.

The fact that she cried and did not testify is proof enough.
I see your point, but they have painted Casey as a Party Animal type, and all she had to do is surrender Caylee to her parents and she could do whatever she wanted....
Why lie and be saddled down with a child you do not want to care for, if your parents are so willing to take care of her???

I’m to the point where I think just about the only party in the case who’s going to come out with her reputation intact is Caylee.
I don’t believe the FBI found any traces of chloroform in the remains. I may be wrong.
It’s hard to convict someone of murder when there’s no cause of death. It can be done and probably will be.
Finally, the prosecutor laughing is going to be grounds for a conviction to be overturned. So, no matter what the verdict, it’s a long way from over.
Plus, I hope if she’s convicted the parents are charged for their part.
This is the first I heard that Casey lied to her parents about having a job. Where did her living expenses come from?
On the radio today I heard the defense talk about Caylee getting out of the house and drowning in the pool. If that happened, all this trial has been a waste of time. How come one or all 3 of them couldn't just admit it was an accident?
All the different stories make me think it was not an accident. I am thankful I am not on this jury. I am old enough now I think if I get called for a murder trial I will just refuse to serve. I think in Texas we can do that.
The entire family is kind of bizarre, the brother did not even know Casey was pregnant? George Anthony and his attempted suicide..The family has also put themselves out there in the public eye....I mean some of the MSM are going to be rabid in cases like this, but does that mean the family has to join into the *Shark Frenzy*?
That is what turned me off with the Natalie Holloway Case was her mother Beth Holloway, she was on every channel! now I see she has her own T.V show on the *Lifetime Channel*now.

One thing not many are addressing. Why didn’t Casey take the stand in her own defense???

The parents got a lousey kid who was a losey mother.

I have been wondering where Casey got all of her money also. Since she didn’t really have a job during any of the time leading up to her being arrested, it takes money to live and take care of a child.
Casey's pathological lying and self-indulgent lifestyle that did not comport with the responsibilities of a young, single mother all made her suspect as the murderer of little Caylee. The defense attorney's crude attempt to make the Anthony family culpable by association, even accusing Casey's father of molesting her as a child - with not a scintilla of evidence - was disgusting and probably soured the jurors against Casey, who sat with a slight pout and a Zombie-like demeanor through the trial. I expect she'll be convicted and may escape the death penalty due to the lack of evidence proving the cause of death. Still, whatever sentence Casey ultimately receives, it won't bring little Caylee back and Casey will have to live with that. Based on her behavior thus far, I suspect she'll be quite able to do so.
