Just after 1:00 a.m. this morning, Historic City News learned that 31 year-old Jose Guillermo Martinez was taken into custody by deputies with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office — and he remains in the County Detention Facility in lieu of $150,000 bond. The details surrounding his arrest are not being released, according to Public Information Officer Sgt. Chuck Mulligan, because “they are still interviewing additional subjects”.
