Given the fact that State has criticized the flotilla and participation by Americans, and that the Arab press is suggesting that Justice may prosecute the Americans participating (I don't buy that), I doubt these six Congresscritters will get much attention. A shame Cindy McKinney isn't still in Congress, she's get some attention for them.

I'm not a lawyer, but not only has the US recognized the embargo as legitimate, I believe we were a signatory to the agreement after the Israeli withdrawl which turned the Egyptian border over to the Euros, and left Israel in charge of sea traffic. We've no obligation to American flagged vessels acting illegally. Maybe an obligation to prosecute if the agreement rises to the level of a treaty.

I am something of an atavist myself but I do recognize the advantages of the modern.
