Sorry about all the missing details, I had to cut a bunch out for the excerpt. Judge Merrick is a lower court judge who was just overturned.

Sadists and people who torture should be incarcerated, not running the prison. Law Enforcement 101. Zero Tolerance.
Some government agency should be tracking these fellows because once they're stateside, they'll do the same thing to U.S. citizens.

No one was tortured at Abu Ghraib. Some were made to THINK they were going to be tortured, and some might have been humiliated, so they were scared, but that’s not the same thing.

The Abu Ghraib sadists should’ve been executed for the shame and disrepute they brought to this nation and our armed forces. There’s no question they enabled and emboldened the enemy and made things far more difficult both at home and on the battle field.

The “torture” for the basically homosexual prisoners was being forced to watch the hetro sex in their cell block.

the Supreme Court has turned back the appeal of 26 inmates from that infamous facility who wanted to sue two military contractors for damages. ...those who were tortured want to sue two firms that hired the civilians who helped the military with translations and interrogations. ... Judge Merrick Garland...wrote a dissent saying the companies should not be immune from standing trial.
