I think open season started a few weeks ago.
Anthony Wiener for example. I would estimate that %90 of our 'politicians' are just as guilty of what Wiener did, or much worse (typically it's the much worse case).
Why was ONLY HE exposed ?
NOTHING happens like this (being exposed) unless someone in power authorizes it.
