I'm not. I don't think it is Constitutional. There is no distribution even within the state in your scenario. Thats why it is hypocritical for Ron Paul to even sign on to this deal because he is admitting the FedGov has the power to start with.

This ONLY ends the FEDERAL War on Drugs.

It lets the states do whatever they want.

It does not legalize drugs.

It is the Principed Limited Constitutional Government solution.
