WHERE ARE THE REPUBLICANS ?
Consider this platform, that of the Conservative Party - USA in the State of New York:

Is that not a platform that is closer to what you believe than the CONTINUAL MORAL COMPROMISE that Republicans offer ?
I ask, why do we need the Republican party if it will not stand up for conservative values ?
Mike Long, Conservative Party Chair in NYS will never run a candidate in the 69th AD to oppose Assemblyman Daniel O’Donnell, the leader of the same sex marriage bill in the Assembly.
Mr. Long talks about principle, and true, this is NOT a winnable race on the ultra liberal pro-gay Upper West Side. Yet, this would be a real chance, a genuine opportunity to speak up for solid conservative values and to attack Mr. O’Donnell (and his horrible sister, Rosie) for his support of this awful bill.
Do your job, Mr. Long. Run a viable candidate against O’Donnell next time!
