Does Obama's War Powers Act position deny combat Pay,etc to our Military in the fight?
OOOOhhhh..... EXCELLENT POINT!!! Worth looking into and passing on to the House leadership, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, and anyone else who can make the point!
They call it hazardous duty pay. DOD has to designate it. There are lots of areas designated this way. War has nothing to do with it really.
Will our men and women be able to receive combat ribbons or recognition?
