In calif if your plates are expired by more than 6 months, the vehicle is subject to being towed and probably will be. You then have to pay all back fees and towing charges to get it out of the tow yard.

Do the passenger side doors have no handles? Just curious.

A photo of Weiner behind the wheel of his more than 20-year-old SUV appeared in Saturday's Daily News as he left his Washington home Friday night.

Why didn't he turn that gas hog in under "Cash for Clunkers" and buy himself a shiny new Volt? Surely, a volt would have gotten him through the New York winter! After all, they have a great public transportation system!

It really looks like the judgment that had him drop trou and snap a pic of his wiener and send it to a young student carries over to the rest of his life and should disqualify him for public service.

If you are arrogant enough to think your half swollen peepee is a work of art, don’t run for office.

It’s not kosher to call the CNN producer a jackass during a press conference.

Seriously? He did this? Oh good heavens, death by a thousand paper cuts is right!

The sad thing is he’ll probably win with 70% in 2012. Brooklyn and Queens of course.

You may be surprised. The Republican got 42% against him last year. Now there's another piece posted on FR claiming that Weiner's recent problems make a Republican win in his district a good possibility either in a special election if he should step down or in 2012 if he should seek re-election. But the district may not be entirely the same due to redistricting.
