While stationed in Havana in the 1990s, I used to jog by the Embassy of Burkina Faso every morning. It was only later that I learned that their embassy there was the HQS of all Burkina Faso intelligence activity in the western hemisphere.
As if the third poorest country in the world needs an extensive overseas spy agency.
