I always find it helpful that the writer get straight to the point --> Intro sentence, bullet points, final statement proving the first sentence.

Otherwise, it puts me to sleep.

30 degrees? That’s pretty steep. How do you keep from slipping to the foot of the bed?

There are other ways to sleep that could kill you as well.

Are you sleeping on a firm, flat bed, face down, with your nose and eye compressed against the bed and pillow? Or are you on your back with your head slightly elevated, as is the case for many native cultures that use hammocks or other non-flat surfaces for sleep?

It knew what the "right way to sleep" would be after reading this paragraph: however the natives do it, of course.

Which implies that is the "natural" way to sleep, but wouldn't the natural way to sleep be how people slept before the invention of the hammock (and rope, and cloth, tools, etc...) You know, on the ground with your head on a rock, or face down with your face in the grass. Hmmm, sounds kind of like the way people sleep in a bed today.

The point is that the left has been brainwashed into thinking the "native" way of doing things is more "natural". The fact is is not more natural at all, just less technicly advanced.

I can’t read all that. Just tell me in as few words as possible what I have to do to not suffer and die.

I bought this thing a month ago and am sleeping so well! I bought it for pregnancy but I can imagine it would make anyone who isn't comfy at night sleep really well. Even when you flip over, you still have all that support.

Now I lay me down to sleep,

I pray the Lord my soul to keep,

If I die before I wake,

I pray the Lord my soul to take.

Not sure about the incline, but anyone who suffers from acid reflux might benefit for sure.

For anyone with trouble sleeping (or waking at night and have trouble falling back to sleep), I HIGHLY recommend you try a noise machine. You may solve your problem (like I did) with an investment of about $30 or so.

Indoors: papasan chair
Outdoors: hammock
Water: a big old inner tube

No bed can compete with any of ‘em!

Almost fell asleep reading the article. ....sitting up, which would've been healthy according to this research.

I try to sleep on my back with my head a bit raised, but usually end up flat on my stomach with my head on the mattress. A hard-to-break habit. I find that when I wake up on my back with my head on at least two pillows I feel a lot better.

Wow. Thanks for posting. Sadly, very timely for me.

Now, how do I explain this to the Chief Of Staff?
